Based on the results of research conducted on a sample of 215 companies operating in Poland, the author measured the level of complexity of contracts with strategic partners and the intensity of each contract function, depending on the type of relationship. W dalszej części zaprezentowano cztery modele regresji, w których oszacowano charakter wpływu szczegółowego kontraktu na takie cechy relacji partnerskich, jak: wyniki, ryzyko, good will oraz kompetencje.
